1. Definitions
- Webshop: the online store where drinks are offered.
- Customer: the natural person or legal entity who orders products via the webshop.
- Products: all drinks and related items offered through the webshop.
2. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between the webshop and the customer.
3. Orders and agreements
- All offers are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- An agreement is concluded as soon as the webshop confirms the customer's order.
4. Prices and payment
- The webshop is exempt from VAT under the Belgian special exemption scheme for small businesses.
- Therefore, no VAT amounts are listed or added to the prices. All prices are net.
- Shipping and other costs are also exempt from VAT and are listed separately.
- Payment must be made via the payment methods offered when ordering.
- The webshop reserves the right to refuse orders.
5. Delivery and delivery time
- Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer in Belgium, unless stated otherwise.
- The webshop aims to deliver within the stated time, but is not liable for delays beyond its control.
6. Retention of title The products remain the property of the webshop until full payment has been received.
7. Right of withdrawal (right of reflection)
- Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the products.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must report this to the webshop within the period.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Opened or consumed alcoholic beverages may be excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygienic reasons.
8. Complaints and Returns
- Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time, preferably within 4 hours of receipt, via the contact page on the website or by telephone using the telephone number stated.
- Returns are only valid for products that were damaged during delivery.
- In case of justified complaints about damage due to delivery, the webshop will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
9. Age verification and responsible alcohol consumption
- Sales to minors (under 18 years) are prohibited.
- The webshop checks age where possible.
- The customer declares to be of legal age and will not pass on the products to minors.
10. Privacy and data protection
- Personal data are processed in accordance with Belgian privacy legislation and GDPR.
- Data will only be used to process the order and will not be sold to third parties.
